Iron & Steel Tecnologies S.r.l. (IST Srl).

A new Engineering and Manufacturing company located in Friuli Region (North-East of Italy): an area with a strong tradition on Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply of quality machinery for the steel industry.

Through wide experience of our Technical Office (more than 25 years on the field), IST Srl is a recipient of self-developed technology in complete new Hot Rolling Mill for Long Products (bars and sections) and Wire Rod Mills, as well as, small Revamping and/or single Machines and Spare parts.

Our mission is to develop new production lines in order to provide the highest service, an increase of productivity and a reduction of the maintenance times, using the newest technological solution.

IST Srl personnel offers a complete project follow up from the offer stage, during manufacturing to commissioning and start-up phase

Over the years, IST staff have demonstrated knowledge, experience and flexibility in fully automatic Rolling Mill plants, developing a particular capacity in the supply of:

• Rolling Stands;
• High speed Lines including Thermoprocessing systems, Shears, Diverters (pneumatic or electric), Bar brakers and Rotating Channels;
• Rolling Stands;
• Finishing Lines, including Cold Shears, Straighteners machine, Bar Counters and Electromagnetic Stackers;
• Tying Machines for bundles, sub-bundles, big and small stacks, coils, frames;

IST also cooperates with experienced Company for:

• Electric Steelmaking and Continuous Casting;
• Water Treatment Plant;
• Copper Moulds, Copper Plates and Beam Blanks Moulds;

IST is also cooperating with one of the biggest Company for the Tube Rolling Mills and Oil Film Bearings.
